What are the official exhibit hours?

Attendees will pass through the exhibits at all times of the day.

Each day will feature dedicated exhibit breaks, including receptions, and all meals and drinks will be housed in the exhibit areas. Please refer to TANS’s agenda for each day.

What Are the Electrical Details

You must order your power through the hotel, and the hotel will bill you for your power.

Also, if you are seeking power that is more than 20 amps, you must coordinate with the hotel.

There is no need to give your booth number. You can simply give your company’s name. TANS and the a/v team will work with each on the exhibit map for supplying power.

What are the shipping details?

TANS does not handle shipping.

Materials or supplies for your meeting can be sent to the hotel using the following format:

Please provide:

• Tracking number
• Shipper information
• Delivery date

Also, indicate where you would like the boxes delivered upon arrival (e.g., guest room or meeting space/office).

If exhibitors have a label prepared, the hotel can prepare for pick up.

My Exhibit Is Large and Requires a Freight Elevator

The Four Seasons’ freight elevator has limits, and you will want to coordinate with the hotel staff prior to the meeting to ensure that everything is good to go.

Storage

TANS does not have extra storage at the hotel. If you have a crate, for example, it must be stored offsite.

TANS Product and Skills Showcase

TANS’s title and Circle of Champion sponsors will be featured in the Product and Skills Showcase – an exclusive segment of the program schedule where neurosurgeons will help lead hands-on demonstrations in a dedicated space to showcase your product.

The showcase is included as a part of your Title or Circle of Champions sponsorship. In addition, you will still have a prime exhibit in the regular exhibit area. You may set up your product and skills showcase in TANS’s dedicated room (see diagram below).

Exhibit Layout + How Do Exhibit Selections Work?

TANS assigns exhibits based on a combination of factors:

• First and foremost, when TANS received your payment.
• Your sponsorship level.
• History with TANS.

When assigning exhibits, TANS’s top priority is to keep competitors away from each other. Many of our exhibitors are competitors with each other.

Final assignments will be wrapped up by January 18.
