Attendees – 2025 TANS

The latest agenda can always be found on TANS’s website – click here to scroll through each day.

Each attendee will be provided a tangible syllabus when they check in. Click here to view the syllabus.

The TANS registration table will be ready at 7:15 a.m. on Friday morning, and breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m.

TANS will not have your name badge and program syllabus on Thursday. TANS will be dedicated to setting up the exhibits on Thursday afternoon and evening.

TANS will be in the Wanamaker Ballroom section of the hotel. (The hotel features two ballrooms, which are next to each other.)

Once you are in the hotel lobby, you can turn left (only one hallway leads you to all meeting spaces). You will eventually reach a set of stairs that leads you down to the ballrooms, and the hotel will feature signage.

TANS’s registration table will be at the end of the exhibits in the foyer – you’ll see the TANS logo behind it. We will have your name badge and program syllabus ready for you.

See diagram at the bottom of this e-mail.

The program syllabus includes a QR code to fill out your CME evaluation form.

Also, click here to begin claiming CME after the first day ends. This page also includes the financial disclosures.

You have two options for claiming CME:

  • If you are attending all three days, wait until the end and fill out the evaluation form for all three days. (There is no need to fill out a separate evaluation for each day in this scenario.)
  • If you are only attending a combination of one or two days, you will need to fill out a CME evaluation form for each of those days.

The Texas Orthopaedic Association is a CME-accredited provider and provides TANS’s CME. Please note that it will take TOA several weeks to generate your CME certificate, and it will be e-mailed to you when it’s ready.

A CME ethics hour will be provided for a combination of talks provided on Friday and Saturday.

Yes, please bring your guest to the receptions to close out Friday and Saturday. Details can be found in the program syllabus.

The hotel features two parking options: valet parking and self parking. Self parking features a fee, and you can pay by QR code in the parking lot.

TANS does not handle parking.

If you registered for the conference, you received a digital workbook from KZA. (Please check your spam folder.)

TANS does not have access to the digital workbooks. Your registration covered your digital workbook.

Ensure that you subscribe to TANS’s e-mail updates, which will educate you about the latest health policy issues in Austin and Washington.

Also, surgeons and their patients are encouraged to join the Texas Coalition for Patients at no cost. Click here to learn more and to sign up.
