Set up & Take Down

Exhibitor setup will be available between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Monday, May 9. The conference will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.

You are welcome to break down your exhibit at any point following the breakfast on the morning of Wednesday, May 11.

Dedicated Exhibitor Times

Visit PHA’s agenda to view the dedicated exhibit times on Monday, May 9 and Tuesday, May 10.

The exhibit hall will feature constant attendee flow. Coffee and beverages will be housed in the back of the exhibit hall at all times. In addition, the breakfasts will be featured in the exhibit hall.

Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of TEMSA’s numerous interactive opportunities each day. You are invited to sit in the general session talks with attendees and attend the Monday night reception at the hotel and Tuesday’s trip to Etude Winery.

PHA’s Executive Summit is an interactive event in which exhibitors are encouraged to participate by attending the general sessions and networking events.

About Your Exhibit Space

Your exhibit space will consist of a standard table (six feet) with two chairs. Each table will feature a black tablecloth (you are welcome to place your own tablecloth on your table). Your exhibit will not feature draping or other backdrop.

Please ensure that any backdrop or other promotional materials fit within this space.

Once you arrive at the conference, you will find your table with your name badges and a program syllabus. Due to the small nature of the exhibit hall, PHA will not assign numbers to tables.


Neither PHA nor the hotel are responsible for the contents of your exhibit space. Please do not leave valuable items in your exhibit while you are away from it.

Swag Giveaway

If you signed up to give away conference swag, PHA will provide it to you so that you can give it to attendees who visit your exhibit space.

Power & Other Orders

If you would like to order power or any other items for your exhibit, please do so through the hotel.

Shipping is handled through the Napa Marriott. Do not ship your items more than seven days prior to the event due to limited storage space at the hotel.

Attendee Lists

PHA will provide periodic attendee lists.

PHA provided assurance to its members that PHA will never share their e-mails. As a result, e-mails will not be provided.
