What Are the Exhibit Dates & Hours?

Exhibits will be all day on Friday, January 31 and Saturday, February 1. If you would like to keep your exhibit up on the morning of Sunday, February 2, you are welcome to do so.

Each day will feature dedicated exhibitor breaks and interactive events.

What Are the Exhibit Set Up and Take Down Details?

Set up will begin late on the afternoon of Thursday, January 30. Take down will be at the end of the day on Saturday, February 1.

If you would like to leave your exhibit up on the morning of Sunday, February 2, you are welcome to do so.

Where Will the Exhibits Be Located?

The general exhibits will be housed inside the exhibit hall (Wanamaker D-G).

Title and Platinum sponsors will have two tables (6′ x 30″), and those will be housed in the pre-function foyer.

How Will Exhibit Selection Work?

Title and Platinum sponsors will be asked for their location preferences in the second half of November, and they will have access to exhibits in the pre-function foyer.

The basic exhibit level, Partner, will be assigned by TANS to ensure that competitors are not placed next to each other.
