To join TANS, click here to fill out the membership form. TANS will then follow up with an invoice.

TANS is now collecting 2024 membership dues, and the annual fee is $275.

TANS Active Membership Qualifications

A licensed MD/DO practicing neurological surgery in the state of Texas and features one of the following criteria:

• Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, the American Board of Osteopathic Neurological Surgery
• Completed residency training requirements of a program approved by the American Board of Neurological Surgery or the American Board of Osteopathic Neurological Surgery.

Payment

Following the submission of your membership registration, TANS will e-mail a membership invoice to you.

To pay by credit card, click here and pay the amount shown on the invoice. TANS will e-mail confirmation after TANS receives the payment.
